IBEW 466 Volunteers for State Police Memorial

IBEW 466 volunteered to install the light fixtures surrounding the memorial, which was built as a tribute to Corporal Marshall Bailey and State Trooper Eric Workman. The two officers were shot and killed on a Clay County highway after stopping a vehicle for reckless driving in 2012.
